A large town house situated in Villanueva De Algaidas and operated by a British couple who have lived in Spain for more than seven years. Accommodation can be provided from one night to annual holidays for one person or complete families.
There is ground floor accommodation in a twin room which is suitable for the elderly or disabled. The second floor includes a family room which can sleep up to four and a double bedroom. Both have en-suite bath/shower rooms. The upper floor comprises two double and one single bedroom and a bathroom shared by the three. This would make ideal family holiday accommodation.
The ground floor comprises a lounge with television, a large dining room, a kitchen with breakfast/serving room and an out side covered breakfasting patio. The tariff includes use of the swimming pool and gardens. In the best summer weather breakfast can be served by the pool under a canvas pagoda.
TARIFF
Bed and Breakfast : €35 per person per night or €210 per persion per week.
Half Board : €45 per person per night or €280 per person per week.
Cots are available at a nominal charge of €5 per night.
Evening meal can be arranged on an ad-hoc basis provided that the meal is ordered at breakfast on the day when it is required and this is available at a cost of €10 per person.
A non-returnable cash deposit of €100 is required at time of booking and the balance is due in cash on arrival. (Note: Cheques are not accepted.)
Airport transfers can be provided as follows:
Granada €75 up to 4 people
Malaga €90 up to 4 people.
This includes for arrival at the airport up to 30 minutes after the scheduled landing time of the aircraft and includes up to 1 hours waiting time. Additional time is charged at €10 per hour or part thereof.
Granada Airport and Malaga Airport are approximately an hour away. The city of Granada is an hour away with its magnificent Alhambra Palace and the Sierra Nevada can be easily reached.
Andalusia abounds with natural, historical and architectural attractions, most of which are within easy driving distance of the villa. These include Antequera, Cordoba, El Chorro, El Torcal, Ronda and Seville whilst the Costa del Sol is less than an hour away.
