A delightful two bedroomed apartment set in the village of Villanueva de Algaidas and attached to a bed and breakfast establishment run by a British couple who have lived in Spain for over seven years.
In addition to the two bedrooms there is a bed settee in the lounge which allows sleeping for a further two persons. If required a cot can be provided for babies. There is a television provided in the apartment and use of the swimming pool is included in the tariff.
TARIFF :
The apartment is available for rental at the rate of €450 per week. Cots are provided at a nominal charge of €35 per week.
A non-returnable cash deposit of €100 is required at time of booking and the balance is to be paid in cash on arrival. (Note: Cheques are not accepted.)
If required half board can be arranged through consultation with the proprietors.
Collection and return to the airport can be provided at the following rates:
Granada €75 each way for up to 4 persons.
Malaga €90 each way for up to 4 persons
These rates allow for arrival at the airport approximately 30 minutes after scheduled landing time and include a maximum of 1 hours waiting time. Additional time is charged at €10 per hour or part thereof.
This is an ideal spot for those who do not want the hustle and bustle which goes with seaside holidays and wish to simply chill by the pool; or for those who wish to base themselves reasonably centrally in Andalusia to visit the cities of Cordoba, Granada, Malaga and Seville. In addition there are the delights of the lakes at El Chorro or Iznajar. It is less than one hours drive from the airports at Malaga and Granada.

The city of Granada is approximately one hour away with its magnificent Alhambra Palace and the Sierra Nevada can be easily reached.
Andalusia abounds with natural, historical and architectural attractions, most of which are within easy driving distance of the villa. These include Antequera, Cordoba, El Chorro, El Torcal, Ronda and Seville whilst the Costa del Sol is less than an hour away.
