We are not Estate Agents! We are simply a link between local people who wish to sell their houses and potential buyers. This means that you, the buyer, will be saving considerable sums of money because the high estate agency fees of anywhere up to 10% are not included in the purchase price.
However, we will assist with viewings and negotiations in view of the language and cultural differences.
More recently we have been asked to assist where people have accommodation to let either as Bed and Breakfast or as holiday rental apartments or villas. Hence we now have a Holiday Lettings section.

All properties listed on this site are from genuine sellers. They will not accept payments in cash because of the prevalence of money laundering and counterfeit notes. Nor will they accept payment by Excees Cheques (where a sum greater than that required is sent with a request that the excess be sent to some other account by Western Union). Nor are they prepared to declare values lower than the real value.
Anyone wishing to purchase property without first viewing it is regarded as suspicious.
In order to purchase property in Spain you will be required to use a Spanish solicitor and to obtain a NIE number before the contract can be completed. These details can be suitably arranged during your viewing visit.

Location: We are located in the village of Villanueva de Algaidas in the heart of the olive growing region of Andulusia. The village offers shopping, postal, eating and health care facilities. Less than half an hour from Antequera, a town which dates from pre Moorish times, and which offers all facilities including multi-screen cinema and golf. The airports of Malaga and Granada are both less than an hours drive away and there are several local bed and breakfast or self-catering establishments in and around the village.
It is recommended that you hire a car when visiting the area to view properties, but if you do not wish to do so then we can arrange airport transfers and transport to the houses at additional cost.
